I am looking for failures

I am looking for failures

It is said that Edison failed thousands of times to get the right formula to create a light that would last. We now know that is incorrect, what Edison did do was to find thousands of ways on how it would not work.

How many of us fail in life so many times, plenty of us do and we use every excuse under the sun to explain away ''It wasn't me''

I have called this the ''Failures'' post. I think it would be a good for you to watch all these failures and maybe see if you can familiarise yourself with any of them.

Remember this is just for the failures not for the winners and the successful

Lets face it you didnt find anything did you, everyone in here failed in something and yet upon those failures they did not listen to what others said, they just went ahead and did what they wanted until they got what they wanted. Which between me and you who cares a dam what other people think.

There are thousands of naysayers out there and dream stealers, they will give you there best advice and tell you ''It aint worth it'' ''Others have tried'' ''Your wasting your time''

How can anyone listen to a loser. Successful people talk to successful people, it sure is not the other way around.

Now go and be you.

Note: If you read this post then you have been recorded as done so for all to see in the statistics of this site, what we don't know is ''who you are'' So before you go may I congratulate you for having the time and making an effort to get yourself some motivation and maybe have picked up some pointers from the videos and If I can be of any help please please contact me.There are other pages on this site that may also assist you in becoming a free spirit and to remove you from what ever that is holding you back.

Focus to be successful

Focus to be successfull

The negative thoughts we conjure every day also enforce the very negative thoughts that you wish not to happen
So it happens

The positive thoughts we conjure every day also enforce the very positive thoughts that you wish to happen
So it happens

Read it again, just in case your brain did not receive what it just read

Quite a statement on how we think everyday every hour every minute of our lives, positive and negative thoughts going through your mind in split seconds whether provoked intentionally or subconsciously. Your mind is working overtime receiving information, processing and putting into action immediately what is required at the moment or to be used at a later time.
''Memory'' remember that word

The speed of all this happening so fast, makes us even faster than a computer

For decades computer scientists have strived to build machines that can calculate faster than the human brain and store more information. The contraptions have won. The world’s most powerful supercomputer, the K from Fujitsu, computes four times faster and holds 10 times as much data. And of course, many more bits are coursing through the Internet at any moment. Yet the Internet’s servers worldwide would fill a small city, and the K sucks up enough electricity to power 10,000 homes. The incredibly efficient brain consumes less juice than a dim light bulb and fits nicely inside our head. Biology does a lot with a little: the human genome, which grows our body and directs us through years of complex life, requires less data than a laptop operating system. Even a cat’s brain smokes the newest iPad—1,000 times more data storage and a million times quicker to act on it.... Taken from http://www.scientificamerican.com/article.cfm?id=computers-vs-brains

The speed of all this happening so fast, makes us even faster than a computer? the above paragraph does not agree with that?

So how can a brain perform difficult tasks in one hundred steps that the largest parallel computer imaginable can't solve in a million or a billion steps? The answer is the brain doesn't "compute" the answers to problems; it retrieves the answers from memory. In essence, the answers were stored in memory a long time ago. It only takes a few steps to retrieve something from memory. Slow neurons are not only fast enough to do this, but they constitute the memory themselves. The entire cortex is a memory system. It isn't a computer at all." A biological mass working in our skull from memory, that is pretty powerful. So your computer only stores data and not memory of any great significance as to what the brain can do. Although in computers that is beginning to happen.

So why is it important when you buy a PC to ask the question ''What is the gigabyte of memory'' probably one of the first questions to ask your store about if your a ''gamer''. Memory as pointed out is easily retrieved rather than a string of process's to get to the same point. Speed is of essence for a computer game to run smoothly.

Now we have that out of the way, how does this have any affect on being ''focused to be successful''
Brain training or reprogramming is not what one thinks about in our daily lives and yet subconsciously we do exactly that. For the sake of a scenario, you would not cross the road when a car is coming, the positive thought there is ''I will not cross the road'' so you don't do it. Why? from your memory comes the thought of death even visuals of what could happen if you did. This memory has been with you for a very long time an instantaneous reaction to something that could harm you. And your brain know this or your memory does.

How many of us go about doing the same thing over and over without really thinking about it. We all do, whether your having breakfast or doing another lecture on the same subject to another class of students. Pick anything you do each day that is Representative of a daily chore. Everything is ''Memory''.

How do we reprogramme our brain to do others things of that we wish to be more desirable than what was programmed into us through our growing lives. Memory is easily destroyed on a PC but the brain is biological and we cannot destroy living tissue or reprogramme that neuron to become something different. How ever we can create another memory neuron to do just that, in fact we can make a whole neuron base, a new memory. Why do people feel ''oh that's not right'' or ''no that would not work'' or ''that would go against the grain'' or ''thats a dangerous thing to do'' This is just our negative and positive working with what we have memorised. I will not walk across the road as I would die if a car was coming. A positive memory thought.

So to reprogramme or create a new memory we must now take to task on how we should go about creating this new memory. In the new work place (new job) you would go about new tasks and training by the staff of that company in other words THEY WILL PROGRAMME YOUR BRAIN to do the job. Your brain will now start to memorise all that is required to do the job. A new memory base is being created. You have focused yourself to learn this new job.

Focus or Attention;
From Wikipedia.... Attention is the cognitive process of selectively concentrating on one aspect of the environment while ignoring other things. Attention has also been referred to as the allocation of processing resources. Attention is one of the most intensely studied topics within psychology and cognitive neuroscience. Attention remains a major area of investigation within education, psychology and neuroscience. Areas of active investigation involve determining the source of the signals that generate attention, the effects of these signals on the tuning properties of sensory neurons, and the relationship between attention and other cognitive processes like working memory and vigilance.

The ability to change who we are and where we want to be is solely dependent on what you want out of life. You have many choices to choose from. There is no ''I cannot'' unless it is debilitating in some form (that is not an excuse for not trying another way). Someone in a wheel chair could not possibly go up a very steep hill, the energy and muscle power required would be to great (gravity is not always your friend). The thought or desire of wanting to go up that hill because there is something up there you want to see then becomes a challenge to over come not ''I cannot''. You will find away to get up there, by some means. Being hauled up by a rope or by some strapping strong man to carry you on his back or a helicopter. Nothing is insurmountable, you just have to find a way. I know someone who has no legs or arms and can swim and play golf. This person contemplated suicide because of his thoughts about how he looked and his ability not to be able to do the normal things in life that so many took for granted. So he did something special that we can all do and that was to change his thinking, place a whole new thought process in his head. He is also financially well off, thanks to reprogramming himself.

Focusing on something will produce new memory for you and a new memory is a new you and maybe a whole new direction in life.

Watch something. Read something. Surround yourself  with people who you wish to be. Go to seminars or other meetings. Listen to audios. Do the things that you would not even dream of doing. The results will take you places you never ''thought'' ''memory'' would happen.

''Focus to be successful''
Reprogramme yourself, anyone can do it.

When I saw this..... That is so true

When I saw this. That is so true

 This is so true

Everybody’s idea of fun is different. There is the type of fun that people have when they are playing games or going to amusement parks or concerts, and there is the type of fun that people have when they are doing something that they are passionate about, something they love, something they could do day in and day out. Building a great business requires commitment and a tremendous amount of time. In order to succeed long term, you must love what you do. In other words, it must be fun, in the second sense of the word.

If you find something that you love to do and you do it (and do it again and again), success will follow. Michelangelo, for instance, found his passion for sculpting and painting at a very young age. He would skip school as a young boy, so that he could watch painters at a nearby church, drawing what he saw there. By the age of 13 he had been given his first apprenticeship as an artist and by 16 had created two of the world’s most famous sculptures. At 26 he began working on The David. He created a make-shift “laboratory” where the 17 foot chunk of marble was his focus. He insisted on working alone and basically locked himself up for nearly 3 years, eating by the statue and sleeping very little on the floor next to it, so that he could work day and night. For many people this scenario would be hellish. Interestingly, and not surprising to me, this was a happy time for him. He was passionate about what he was doing and was consumed by it.

The result was one of the most celebrated and revered creations of all time. To Be The Top, You Must Be Laser-Focused and Consumed by What You Do Michelangelo’s story is similar to anyone who has achieved the highest level of success at anything, whether it is in sports, business, art, entertainment, architecture, or science. You name it, and I will show you that the top people in that field are those who are laser- focused and consumed by what they do.

Michael Jordan didn’t just play a little basketball to become one of the greatest players of all time. No, he played A LOT of basketball. Richard Branson didn’t put 30 or 40 hours a week in when he was building Virgin. He put in as many hours as it took to get the job done. Ray Kroc didn’t talk to 1 person, or even a few, in order to get support for his idea. He spoke to hundreds, most telling him that it wouldn’t work. I could give example after example. In “Outliers,” Malcolm Gladwell says that for a person to become a master at what they do, or an Outlier, they need to spend 10,000 hours doing it. That 10,000 mark seems to be the turning point, whether you are Bill Gates as a programmer or Michael Jackson as a dancer/ performer. A person becomes a master when their enjoyment goes beyond a love for what they are doing and evolves into a passion for what they are becoming.

The hours I am spending on my business is creating so much momentum and to think some years ago I was not sure I could do this  (Working on line and building relationships with so many). The Internet is a awesome place to work BECAUSE YOU ARE IN CHARGE and no one else can push you from your path to fulfilment.

Do you know the SECRET

Do you know the secret

Author:
When I first heard of the secret I was amazed and completely absorbed by what I was hearing.
I believe many of us know that something is going on, there has to be a reason, shamefully many of the human race have used it not for the benefit of mankind but for selfish means.

There is of course a whole lot of good out there and the spark of life surrounds us everywhere, from natures magnificence to mans creations and innovations.

The secret to me is something that should be shared with everyone and should also be on the book shelves of schools everywhere. Every child should know that life is not just about learning but about living and having the choices freely given to them to enjoy there time on earth to do what ever they wish.

And you to can now make changes to your life, it is never to late.

BEGIN YOUR JOURNEY

The Secret has existed throughout the history of humankind. It has been discovered, coveted, suppressed, hidden, lost, and recovered. It has been hunted down, stolen, and bought for vast sums of money.

Fragments of The Secret have been found in the oral traditions, in literature, in religions and philosophies throughout the centuries.

A number of exceptional men and women discovered The Secret, and went on to become known as the greatest people who ever lived. Among them: Plato, Leonardo, Galileo, Napoleon, Hugo, Beethoven, Lincoln, Edison, Einstein and Carnegie, to name but a few.

Now for the first time in history, all the pieces of The Secret come together in a revelation that is life transforming for all who experience it. In The Secret film and her book of the same name, Rhonda Byrne presents teachers alive today who impart this special wisdom that has been known by so few. They include some of the world's leaders in the fields of business, economics, medicine, psychology, history, theology and science.

'Miracle Man' Morris Goodman tells his awe-inspiring story of how he recovered from paralysis by using The Secret. Dr. Denis Waitley explains how he used various aspects of The Secret in training Olympic athletes and Apollo astronauts to reach new heights of human endeavor. Doctors in the fields of medicine and quantum physics explain the science behind The Secret. Best selling authors and philosophers explain how they have created lives of phenomenal success using The Secret.

The Secret reveals amazing real life stories and testimonials of regular people who have changed their lives in profound ways. By applying The Secret they present instances of eradicating disease, acquiring massive wealth, overcoming obstacles and achieving what many would regard as impossible.

The Secret shows how to apply this powerful knowledge to your life in every area from health to wealth, to success and relationships.

The Secret is everything you have dreamed of... and now it's in your hands.
